Cyvotel has bundled together a number of its services such as installation, training, onsite support and consultancy to provide an entry level Standalone System to allow customers new to VoIP to quickly enter the market with a stable and secure system on which they can develop their products. Our engineers will be available to provide assistance and advice to the customer through the initial days and weeks of deploying their products. Price:$150/hr
infrastructure
Your system will be based on the latest version of Ubuntu LTS with Asterisk 1.4 or 1.6 or 1.8 and the current version of a billing software (Optional).
A one hour training along with documentation and examples is provided for basic familiarisation, and covers topics such as VoIP termination, extension configuration and DID delivery via available trunk of choice. Price: $150/hr
managed install
- You will be required to install a basic operating system, our choice is Ubuntu LTS (LTS stands for Long Term Support) or CenTos OS. Our engineers will then log in remotely to install and configure your platform. Installation usually takes place within 7 working days depends on time schedule and testing. Price: $150/hr
- Hardware and Components.
- The customer either provides their own hardware, public IP address and VoIP provider (ITSP) or our engineers will recommend and custom build the required harware and components for easy deployment..
